To operate your account, run tournaments and leaderboards, prevent cheating and abuse, communicate event information you have opted into, and improve the platform.
What we publish
Your gamer tag, competitive record and achievements are visible on public profiles and leaderboards. Your email address and phone number are never published.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Limited data is shared with service providers who host and secure the platform, and with tournament partners strictly where required to deliver prizes.
Retention and deletion
Competitive records are retained to keep historical results accurate. You can request deletion of your account and personal details at any time by contacting support.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate details, withdraw marketing consent or ask for deletion. Requests are handled within 30 days.
